NATTOU quality

NATTOU products comply with the required safety norms and have been tested in european laboratories. NATTOU products are investigated there for mechanical and physical properties. Next to that, NATTOU checks her products for the presence of harmful substances, such as phthalates and heavy metals.  All paints used are azo free. This way, NATTOU guarantees the quality of its products for your baby’s safety.

Should a problem occur anyway, then please contact the point of sales where you bought the NATTOU product.

Maintenance

With the right maintenance, you will be able to enjoy your NATTOU product for a longer time.  Please always follow the instructions on the labels and on the packaging.

• Clean only the surface of the product, hand wash
• Machine washable at maximum 30° C
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean
• Do not tumble dry
